This privacy policy applies to the Quick Check app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Het Thakkar (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application is built with a "Privacy First" approach. We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information.
We do not require you to create an account, we do not track your usage analytics, and we do not collect your IP address or device identifiers.
2. Location Data
The Application requires access to your device's location services to function.
How we use it: We use your location solely to calculate the distance between you and the nearest subway stations to display relevant train times.
Ephemeral Processing: This location data is processed instantaneously on your device or sent ephemerally to our transit data provider to fetch schedules.
No Storage: Your location coordinates are never stored on our servers, nor are they tracked over time or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Third Party Access
The Application interacts with public transit APIs to provide live data. These requests are anonymous and do not contain your personal user data. We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.
4. Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Since the Application does not collect data, it is safe for users of all ages.
5. Changes
